hey my baby is 12 months 2 week old. she is having redness n irritation in her eyes from yesterday. today water is also coming. what shud I do??

A. hello dear parents it is good to consult the doctor and get the child physically examined also wash the eyes with clean washed cotton cloth and do not rub the eyes with bare hands
