hey, my baby is 12 months 2 week old. she is having redness n irritation in her eyes from tomorrow n today water is also coming. what shud I do??

A. hello Dear mum it is good to consult the paediatric and get the baby physically examined also clean the eyes of the baby with clean washed cotton cloth and also try to wash the eyes with running water
