A. it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of thde child needs to be done which will tell whether the child is having any development delay dor not. the child will be assessed for four major milestones that is 1.gross motor milestone 2.fine motor milestone 3.social milestone 4.language milestone.

A. this is how it starts By 9months to 1yeat they just say mama, papa. By 15 months will understand whatever we say and will observe more. By 18 months they speak few meaningful words amma appa papa mamma thattha.. After two years they make combinations of words like amma give, amma take, appa go, mama come.. Later they make sentences. It will take time for them to speak complete full sentences. Just keep talking more to your kid.to make them speak follw these everyday
