#asktheexpert ny son is active he speaks only q few words.. Der is eye contact n everything is it normal can it be just speech delay ?

A. so can be grwth issue. this shall need a evaluation and also if needed some tests shall be required so I would suggest you to see a doctor for this advise and can do as per . . .
