It could be a geometrical tongue so for that purpose it would be good for that you get it examined with your doctor either you visit your paediatrician or a dentist they will be able to help you with proper medication because if you’re trying to clean and if it is not getting either an oral/or it may be associated with geometry tongue so check with the doctor regarding that please
