Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. do it with silicon brush or piece of cotton cloth with cleanliness here you can follow your doctor advise and he will explain you in a proper manner after doing a proper assessment as it's important . So it's better to get the solution in a correct way . You can also consult online to a doctor for the same as a detailed discussion can be done .

U Can go ahead with using a silicon tongue cleaner that’s very easily available at a medical store you can go ahead with any brand that you want to so you can use it every time in the morning when you are giving a bath to the child just clean the tongue of the child properly with that
