baby k tounge feed krne se white ho gyi h... cotton cloth se bhi clean ni ho rhi...now what should I do...pls help

This is the milk that is accumulated on the tongue of the child there is a silicon tongue cleaner available in the market you can get it from any pharmacy clean the tongue properly when you give a bath to the child and that is going to be the right thing to do
