In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to finjd out the advice exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

You can keep ice cube cold pack anything on that area otherwise you can apply the tube Thermophob on that area but cold sponging is going to be good also I would recommend you to apply after everything a mixture of warm Desighee and turmeric that is going to help
