hey guys I'm feeling very embarrassed to open my hairs anytime everyone keeps on saying dont open your hair becz full house get hairs here nd there. I don't even lile to comb my hair in front of anyone due to so much of hair fall. sometimes I feel like in some days I'll go blad. plz help me with what should I do for hair fall ?

Hello ma’am It is very common so don’t worry about it start using mineral water to wash your hair and if needed consult a doctor for a proper hair oil on medicine so that your hair become better with time. It’s a very common thing with every woman goes through after her delivery but this can be sorted with time and start with iron tablets along with it for at least 6 to 8 months
