Hey good morning Do I apply curry leaf oil to my daughter hair ?? She is 5 year old I found 1 gray hair on her head

give adequate amount of protein. As hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health.
