Hey, Dr can I know the best syrup, for fever for my 10 month girl And any advice best to do Thank you

A. the first line of medicine for fever will always be paracetamol and you have to give paracetamol whenever the child is having fever of hundred or more and it can be repeated maximum 4 times per day
