hey dr am expecting another child as its 34th week running am suffering from gases problem my tummy is getting tight and am feeling restless even I can't eat anything due to that as am afraid of vomiting please suggest something

A. hi would be mom it happens dont worry try doing breathing exercise 2 to 3 times for 1 to 2 mins also have one pot meals
