being hypothyroid can make fat lose difficult.you need to do some yoga brisk walking for atleast 40 mins regularly.include seasonal fruits and vegetables,fibres like oats in diet avoid fried and oily foodstuff and remain active throughout the day.

Relying on diets or any other means of losing weight or controlling belly fat won't be effective. You can do ab exercises or yoga like bhujangasana or pavanmukthasana or Surya namaskar on a regular basis along with a balanced and healthy diet avoiding junk foods. Also make sure to periodically check ur thyroid levels and get the right dosage prescribed by ur doctor. It's very important.
