Hey doctor m 37 weeks pregnant how to get contractions to early delivery

A. Hello good evening !! Contractions occur before the labour as it's been 37 weeks still 2-3 weeks time is there for full term . Sometimes false contractions also occur after 34-36 weeks - You just need to walk for 10-15 minutes and observe contractions intervals if the contractions are at 15-20 minutes interval and any other symptoms like red discharge, water leakage then immediately rush to the hospital .
