Hey buddies. I am 6 months pregnant and having lots of constipation problem . Can you please suggest me some solution . I am eating healthy also doing walking and exercise but still having this problem

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello you should try to include more of fibre rich food in the diet also increase the fluid intake and still facing problem check with your doctor if any supplement can be taken since you are expecting mother she can help you out on the same
