A. If your mom in law is reliable, helps you, follows your lead in parenting and doesn't cross your boundaries you can leave the child with them. Ultimately it's your choice. If you are at home, you spend time with baby and of you are working, you are working for better future of your child. Both are equally good, Do what works the best for you.

A. No no you can leave it with your mother to understand this one thing the child is really small if you trust your mother-in-law and you know your mother-in-law is going to take best of care for your child then you can leave and see everything has its own benefits as well as it has its own negative thing also over working mother is not very easy to manage things but if it is a good opportunity and you need to go then you can go for it but within your time when you are back home all the time with your child
