here in my place water is very hard so my baby skin always dry out and also he have sensitive skin, suggest any good moisturizer cream and body wash

A. for moisturizing cream you should use mamaearth coco soft face cream for babies and for body wash you should use mamaearth milky soft body wash as these 2 products will make your baby's skin soft and healthy and nourishing

Nmfe vitamin E cream you can apply that is going to be quite helpful for you to reduce the dryness in the skin and you know these these there are some machines available that you put it on the tap and actually converts hard water into soft water and sustainable for the skin so you can use any of these tools also that will also be good for you
