her weight is not gaining what to feed her she actually eats everything but looking slim day by day pls suggest

If your child is having current weight of 10 1/2 to 11 KG as of now that means your child is having proper weight gain so that should not be a question of consort otherwise tell if you feel that your child is behind the weight or something then you should get a check with your doctor as it could be due to some nutritional deficiency for the childWrite Your Answer Here
