Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is only three months of age most of the babies will be having thus colour from birth and less for exposing the baby to sunlight it will not become dark do not use any soaps lotions for fair colour

Hello I am not sure as to why the skin is changing the colour but it is normally there that for initial 6 to 8 months a child can change its complexion but if it is only a certain part which is changing and the other part is different in colour then you should take on advice from a dermatologist
