heo sir /mam, my 23month old son having weight 10.500kg-600;;his born weight is 2.400kg.is it proper weight ?n he cant speak small sentenc..he speak dada mum papa baa jeans n small word iis it proper??

yes ,both the things are normal
no need to worry
just keep conversing with your child more and more.
have talk with your child about your whole day activities ,you can play different games like peekaboo, pretended play etc
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age
