Q.
My baby born weight is 2kg 600 gram .. now she is 10 days old and her weight is 2kg 400gram .. is it ok for her ? How much weight is gain in every week ?

See for initial time the child will lose weight because of jaundice but then usually the pick up on their weight which is somewhere around 150 g weight gained in one week as that is very important as this is our child should reach somewhere around 500 g in a month minimum
