Helow doctor, I am 37 weeks pregnant. Can I eat roasted dry fruits in winters rather than soaked once? Is it safe to consume them at this point? If yes then how much? Also can I consume seeds like chia, sunflower, pumpkin, melon and flax at 37 weeks in winters?

Hi Mom Yes you can take Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food stay hydrated Do some light exercise yoga regularly You can also soak it 5-6 almonds and black raisin and take it in the morning Do some light exercise yoga regularly Maintain hygiene Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
