Also get him involved in food preparation, plating etc. Give him small and nutrient dense meals like - paneer paratha, nuts ladoo, banana peanut butter shake, mashed potatoes etc. Make sure he's physically active throughout the day.
Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Serve smaller portions and give more only when he or she asks. Make food fun with creative shapes and colours or fancy little plates or cutlery. Fixing time for meals can regularise your kid's appetite and prepare him or her for meals. Let the child eat on his own and let him or her play with the food or make a mess. Contact your doctor and ask whether any vitamin supplements can be given to your kid.

Limit snacks to 2 per day between mealtimes. Apart from drinking water, limit fluid intake to 480 ml per day. Rotate the menu and add new recipes to keep your kid interested and learn about his or her food preferences.
