heloo my son is 3 year 7 month old now and his weight is 13 .200 kg nd hight is 100 cm he is eating almost all vaggitarian meal inclding egg bt dnt lyk sweet items ,i think his weight is not k so what can i do

Hello ma’am Your child should be somewhere around 15 to 17 kgs by the age of three years so your child is underweight despite of the fact that your child is eating well still not gaining weight so please consult your doctor ones because maybe the body is not reacting to the food the way it should be which is why this is happening so it will definitely be good for you to consult your paediatrician
