heloo doctor iam 29 years old Irecently my blood tests done everything is k buty vitamin d is 10 iam suffering right side neck arm leg eye head pain this cause vitamin d how many days can take sunlight recory this pain

A. better today vitamin D supplements in addition to sunlight exposure Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
