Hi doctor Iam 26yrs my vitamin D it’s only 8.7 what can I do

A. almost everyone nowadays is having vitamin d deficiency and the only way to treat it is by taking the medications on a daily basis. if you consult a doctor they will do other test also and they might give you infusions of other deficiencies also if required

A. Have Injections and medicines to increase the vitamin D in the body they are very evil injection is available for the same and also you can take a medicines also regularly to increase the vitamin D in the body as that’s the only thing and try to stay in the sun for at least 40 minutes on an every day basis in the morning
