Helo sir my 1 year 9 months baby got fever with cold. We are using medicines 3 days she is not recovered from fever, she is getting fever every 7 or 6 hours. What is the reason sir.

A. you can give paracetamol to the child when the temperature is 100 or more in the armpit of the child. paracetamol can be repeated maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge axnd give plenty of fluids to drink to prevent dehydration. higher medicines like ibugesic or meftal p is advised by the doctor if required. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen cxlothes when the child is having fever
