A. if you are a breastfeeding mother or when you are pregnant you should always take the medications and the prescription of a doctor . consult with your doctor personally or over a video consultation no for the adequate medications meanwhile some Ayurvedic medications also you can take after Consulting a doctor and do warm saline gargles
