Helo mam, sir I would like to ask you that my child Tanisha had now turned One year old. so which kind of food should i prefer to give her more so that she can have a healthy body???

A. Hi mom Once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for your family. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development of the baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc in ur baby's diet
