Q.

helo ,i am a mother of 4 year old boy and 9 week pregnant I am suffering from bodyache and especially joint pain in my first pregnancy I developed extreme joint pain 3 month after my delivery that time I got my vitamin d got checked it was only 5 which was very low , I have talked to my gynecologist about my very low vitamin D for that I always took a maintenance dose of vitamin D and k2 combination but after my second pregnancy I Stopped taking it and thought of consulting my gynecologist but my doctor refused to take vitamin D supplement fory satisfaction I got checkef my vitamin D level it came very low so again I talked to my gynecologist but refused again . is it unsafe to take vitamin D supplement during pregnancy ? I thought deffeciency of vitamin D itself Detroiting for both of us health plz help I am so much stressed as vitamin d deffeciency will weaken my immunity

A. see it can be an arthritis. please see a doctor. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

A. jst week ago got my vitamin D checked attaching it is it unsafe to take vitamin D supplement in pregnancy
