Q.

helo Dr.my baby 5 month.suffering from cold and cough.diagnosed as bronchiolitis. doctor advised for nebulization with 3%saline and salbutamol.with oxygen.can I give this from home with out oxygen.plzz reply.

A. no should not give without oxygen. in monsoon season baby will be having cold and cough frequently due to viral infections sometimes allergies please give steam inhalation frequently and saline drops in the nose of the baby
