helo Dr m a mother of twins my twin was born on September 27. 22 my birth is too early but my twin b my baby gal nowadays she is crying for her motion coz her motion is very tight what should I do...

A. Hello dear parent! Increase the liquid and fibre intake. Try giving sips of water in cute Babyhug sippers or glasses to encourage drinking water. Bananas and apples are good for digestion. Include them in the diet. Consult your doctor for further advice
