helo doctor,my twins girls baby going complete 2 years NXT month 4th .but still they are not talking and weight 9.50 kg .is it anything worry or normal

A. hi weight is really good for talking milestones,if child is able to understand the simple instructions,can make eye contact while talking, can utter some letters or babble then you should not worry about it much
