helo doctor..my girl child is now 4yrs..she has Lil dry skin..in all seasons..but especially in winter skin becomes very rough and itchy..and also comesout small white rashes..pls suggest some moisturizing lotion and soap..tq

A. vera e lotion okj. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
