helo doc my baby is now 3 yrs old.jb me preg thi tb doc ne btaya tha k hemmoroids hai par internally.delivery me koi prob nai ai.par usk bad se pregnancy k bad se ab tk 3 yrs ho gye hain muje ek external heeemoroid hai.to wo apne ap theek hojayega kya.becoz muje wo after preg hi hua hai.pele nai tha kbi

eat fibre rich diet.
drink lots of water
