hellow i am mother of 3 years son. Plz clarify azithral and p250 combinatiin is ok for my child he is suffering from cold heavy cough and fever

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to gihcve symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications
