Roti with dal,curd, stuffed roti with veggies, paneer,egg, mashed rice with dal, rasam, curd with Fruits, kichdi, pulav with rice, Dalia,oats, seviyan, dosa with urad dal/moongdal or multi grains, jowar, ragi, sooji porridge, idly,ragi porridge, cerelac with pulses, grains, dry fruits and nuts powder, egg,meat balls,omlet, bread omlet.…
Avoid packed,oily,junk , processed foods sugar in diet which reduces appetite improve appetite by giving Adequate water, fluids (soups, salads , timely feedings).
