hellow Doc,my daughter is 13 month old..it's very much difficult to do toilet.its very hard...after two or three days she have toilet...I should I do now??

A. firstly keep the baby well hydrated.. plenty of water fluid coconut water butter milk lassi.. add fibre rich foods as apple papaya pear sapota.. give curd daily for good digestion.. raisin water.. avoid maida banana rice suji rusk
