hello when can i start exercise after c section birth

A. Hello you have to take rest for 5-6 months because it takes 5-6 months to recover from C-section.
Avoid weight lifting, washing clothes, Standing long hours, workouts.
As it's been 3 months you can start walking daily 20 minutes and breastfeed your baby.
Breastfeeding helps in reducing body weight.
Consult your Gynaecologist after 5-6 months of delivery ask suggestion on workouts to be performed it depends on your body type and recovery from C-section.
