Can give egg chicken fish
Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach.
add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense and squeeze some lemon where possible to increase iron absorption.
You can give finger foods like pieces of soft fruits like banana, chickoo, foods like idli, dhokla (fermented foods are healthy) , besan chila, upma, stuffed paratha pieces, peanut butter bread
