Now your baby is six months old so you can start giving solids and water to your baby. In starting few days give everything in a fluid form. Like Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit Peery. And with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan. Baby should take at least four meals in a day
