A. give paracetamol when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

A. hello you can be keeping a ice pack over the area and also if the child is having fever along with the pain then you can give paracetamol which will help reduce both fever and pain and would be safe for the child and nothing to worry
