Q.

Hello there, My baby girl is just 8 months old and tonight she fell off the bed while in sleep. She usually crawls in half sleep. She fell at 11 pm, cried and then stopped crying after comforting. There is no sign of bruises or any injury. Later she giggled played watched some songs for N hour and slept at 1 am. It was first time for me as a new mom that my baby fell. I reacted in very panic. There was no vomit. please tell me to what more to observe in next few days.

A. Yes You should observe for another 24 to 48 hours if you see any kind of discomfort to your child then you consult your doctor immediately otherwise if your child is fine that’s okay because a lot of times you will see kids fall down from the bed but that is very normal because that can happen during the night time when they’re in sleep also if it is okay with you you can put a thick mattress on the floor and make your child sleep on that because this with the following doubt issue will be less and it would be better for the child
