my 5 month old baby fell off bed. but his behaviour is normal. is there anything I need to worry?

Five month old child has no stability of the head as such and they don’t have control on things so I think one time despite to feed your child is completely alright you should get examined with your doctor because the bed have some height and maybe the child got hurt but it is not visible right right now so it’s better to get it examined to be more clear about it
