my baby accidentally fell off from the bed and she got fever from next day. is there a need for medical check up

It This happens when a child gets scared immediately vomit or they get fever because of that so it’s normal monitor your child well for 24 to 48 hours if you see that the fever is not subsiding or rather increasing then immediately consult your doctor ones
