Hello team, my baby is 11 months old.He often keeps grinding his teeth.Is it something to worry? or part of his teething process.Kindly suggest

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi yes kids tend to grind their teeth during the teething phase..to get relief from itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth
