hello sir typhoid ar mmr ki vaccine k fever kb tk down hota h meri baby ko 66hour ho gye h abhi bhi fever km ni honrha h morning 101.2tha kya itna fever reach hota h i m too much worry.ab wo kuch kha bhi ni ri medicin de ri to vomit kar de ri h

A. it can reamin till 2 to 3 days .Immunization can be done if feasible for primary vaccination that is less then 1 yr of baby . But can be delayed for 14 days to 1 month for other vaccines . No problem in that .
