hello sir stomach upset for me not hungry from the morning. breast feeding mother diarrhiea for my son and fever

A. Sometimes you do stomach upset or not feeling better in terms of digestion not you can often face this kind of a problem so I would recommend you to kindly consult your doctor they treat you with proper medicine with hunger and appetite is going to be better and also the problem that you’re facing with your stomach is also going to go down
