I am on exclusive breast feeding. Does my diet cause stomach upset to my baby?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes it can cause.. Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions, Caffeine Chocolate, citrus food.
