hello sir, my son is of 2 years and 7 months ....he always complaint about stomach ache...he is used to eat mud , and he lick all unnecessary things.. he is very choosy in in his diet....he doesn't eat food at all. plz suggest.....

A. hello dear Mom keep close check on the child and do not let the baby eat mud also include all food group to the diet of the baby and give proper diet also include homemade curd paneer and consult the paediatric if required
